Friendly, helped us find the perfect quad for or sons. Ended up with a small issue on the first ride a wire for the starter cam loose. They fixed it immediately less then 10 minutes and made sure it wouldn't be a problem in the future.
I am very pleased with my purchase. When they didn't have the bike I wanted in inventory, they quickly located one for me. The sales staff were knowledgeable, professional, and courteous.
I had a blowout way outside of town probably 40 minutes from them a few days ago. One quick phone call and they dropped everything and immediately drive out there and pick it up. A miscommunication about price was easily solved with no issues afterwards and I got my bike back the next day even with how busy they were. Staff was incredibly friendly and they even cleaned my bike. My husband dropped me off and he took a look at the bikes while I picked up my bike(which took all of 2 minutes) he had an equally enjoyable experience and will be buying his bike from here. It has been a while since I purchased a 4 wheeler. I talked to Josh their sales manager and he suggested the 700 EPS. I wanted a winch installed and both Josh and Spencer were very fair with the price. All the people at Shreveport Cycle were very knowledgeable, accommodating, and helpful
